I met Steve and his staff today (Sunday). As soon as I pulled up I was greeted and treated with respect! It was a plus that they are open on Sundays since I work longer hours through the week. They were quick and provided great tires for my vehicle. Would highly recommend!!!

The words "efficient" and "kind" don't usually cover most businesses these days, but these guys are doing it right. Called Steve with a need- nail in my tire. I came by for the repair and within just 10 minutes the nail was fixed and I bought 4 new tires to be installed the next day. $785 total for 4 new tires for a Tesla. Called 2 shops in North Augsta and they wanted $350+ PER TIRE. Steve will get all my business for tires needs!!!

The service here is top tier! I pulled in, they immediately greeted me and asked what I needed. I only need a simple tire plug which didn't take long at all but the prompt service and pleasant welcoming will keep me going back for other services I may need. Thank you for the 5 star experience ✨️

I had a terrible and costly experience with G and A tire on Mike Padgett. I went in there and asked if they had any good used tires. I only needed three so they sold me three and installed them. Within 2 days, one of them went flat. I took it back and the owner, Steve, said it had a plug in it, so they patched it. I was not aware I was would get a tire with a plug or I would not have bought it. Left and had been hearing a thumping sound and riding bumpy and took the car back. They looked at the tires and said, one had a flat spot in it. So they replaced that tire. Within two weeks I was driving on Bobby Jones and I had a blowout. You guessed it, one of the tires they put on my car. Took the car back up there and Steve, the owner, looked at the tire and said I hit something. I'm 100% certain I did not hit anything. I would have seen something in the road and I definitely would have felt if I had hit something. All he kept telling me that he has been in business for 45 years and knows tires. At this point I just told him I wanted a refund for the tires and the labor and I would go somewhere else. And he just continued to blame the blowout on me hitting something and offered me a refu

We had our tires mounted and balanced with this company, and we were extremely impressed with the service. Upon arrival, Mr. Steve promptly greeted us and guided us to park in front of the garage. As soon as we stepped out of our truck, he confirmed the tires we had ordered and immediately began the installation process. He went above and beyond by addressing and correcting the missing tire weights to ensure everything was done properly. The team completed the replacement of all four tires in approximately 30 minutes, demonstrating both efficiency and professionalism. The customer service was outstanding, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend G & A Tires — you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for the excellent service!
